Hackers.... again!

Postby Tony Turner » Mon Jun 03, 2019 6:59 am

Good morning,
It's Monday 6/3/2019 and the website was down again this morning. It seems someone tries a SQL injection attack just about every weekend. The attacks fail but by the time they do our system locks the SQL ports on the server causing the errors you guys have been seeing. I'm having issues stopping the attacks so I guess I need to change strategies. Please bear with me as I work this out. They seem to hit it when I'm not around so it takes a little while before I notice. Please drop me an email if you notice it's down and I'll jump on it.

I do want to apologize for it being down so much lately. My dad has been in the hospital and between that and other family obligations I've been pulled twenty different directions. I'm trying to monitor the site more but sometimes I'm out of pocket for a couple of days at a stretch. I'll try to do better.

I appreciate your patience.

Humbly,
Tony Turner

No worries Tony. These attacks can be so frustrating. We appreciate what you do to keep this site up and available but family comes first.
