335 & 445

Hello,
New to the MM forum and new to owning a 1957 MM 335. Wondering what parts are interchangeable between the 335 & 445? Specifically, what about the sheet metal (fenders, hood, cast iron grill), brake parts, etc. She's a runner and I have one functioning brake. Haven't put the hydraulics to the test yet, but operational.
