Another M670 story

My father in law sold his cows and quit farming in about 1993. He ran his M670 Super off and on a few years but ended up parking it in the shop when it wouldn't start until he sold the farm. He moved it to the new place in 2006, but it sat outside behind the barn. If you drove north on US 33 from Indiana SR 6 toward Goshen you might have seen it. Dad gave the tractor to my oldest son and he started working on it. Pulled the starter when we were here for Christmas 2018 and found out the engine was not stuck after all, rebuilt the starter and when we came back fo Christmas 2020 I sent a fuel pump from a recently running tractor along(see my earlier post). Now I runs again after 25 years. Mage a great deal of smoke but soon cleared up. I'm especially proud of my sons age 21, 20 and 17 who did all the work with a little advice from dad. You can see from the tires how far it had sunken in the dirt.

Great story, keeping it in the family, and the next generation is involved!
