Sou nds like the master cylinder is bypassing fluid , that is if you dont have any leaks. Also geet the correct master cylinder for your disc brake application. Good luck!

If that has RWABS you may want to crack the bleeder on the ABS hydraulic valve. its located on the inside of the frame rail on the drivers side just below the booster. try tapping on it as you do it the valve may be intermittently sticking.

The early 90's series F350's had an HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit) < managed by the ABS controller, the HCU is located under the drivers feet on the inside of the left frame rail.

the process of bleeding the brakes MUST include this unit (Spongy, and Eratic, brakes ??? you need to do this).

RR (passengers Rear), Drivers rear, the HCU, Passengers front, drivers front.

the only picture i can find on the internet.....

The round "tube thing" points forward... see the bleed port ??? THERE is where.

USE A 2L POP BOTTLE WITH A CLEAR HOSE FROM THE BLEED PORT TO THE BOTTLE (USE THE CAP) AND MAKE A HOLE IN THE CAP TO HOLD THE TUBE IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF BRAKE FLUID IN THE BOTTLE keep the bottom of the tube submerged. do the bleed in the order indicated above.......
